26 Engineer Regimental darts team decided to play darts non stop for 24 hours......the teams arrows and efforts raised £735 for the Sapper Charity!
Under the guidance of Regimental Sergeant Major K Stubbs (Left) 1 RSME Regt rapidly raised £1000 for the Sapper Charity!
The Sappers based in Bovington, Dorset decided to get their running shoes on and run the Jurrasic Coast.....85 miles. The lads ran in memory of one of their own - Rob McAvoy who passed away whilst based at Bovington. The team powered through and raised £1,126 for the Sapper Charity.
Sapper G and Sapper W who are both serving soldiers decided to run the Manchester Marathon. They won't let on who got the fastest time.....but between them they raised £976.75 for the Sapper Charity!
39 Engineer Regiment who are based in Kinloss, Scotland, set themselves the challenge of raising £100 for the Sapper Charity in one hour....they smashed that target and donated £436 to the Sapper Charity!
Bob D who is a serving soldier took it upon himself to organise a Clay Pigeon shoot and hit a bullseye by raising £1900 for the Sapper Charity!
26 Engineer Regiment who are based in Tidworth, Wiltshire had a whip round and raising £200 to the Sapper Charity
Ken served in the Corps in the 1980s and is now the CEO of the Sapper Charity. Ken took it upon himself to lead by example and run the Loch Ness Marathon. In doing so he raised £900 for the Sapper Charity!
Katie, who's a serving Sapper, ran the Bournemouth Half Marathon. Katie, who trained with her dog managed to raise £200 for the Sapper Charity!
